I've only been using them for a week twice daily. I could tell a difference after the first use...it wasn't permanent but it lasted all day, which is awesome! I have a really puffy spot under my right eye on my cheek bone...makes me look so tired...these significantly reduce the swelling. Will definitely buy more and use them every day!
