I love that it has a self adhesive so you don't have to worry about it falling off (but I used an eye mask just for good measure). It does burn/ sting a little bit when you apply it but it is nothing overwhelming. Quick tip: try to apply a inch or so below your lower lash line otherwise it can be uncomfortable. I went to bed with my eyes SUPER puffy and red and woke up looking refreshed and rejuvenated. These are like little miracle over night patches!
