They are very easy to put under your eyes and they do refresh the eye zone. I use them for the bag under my eyes and I guess it helps a little, they don't disappear but once again, my bags are due to my physical nature. After I use them my eyes do feel refreshed and I like wearing them. I keep them in the fridge so when I'm using them they feel even cooler.
