I suffer from puffy eyes & these are a life saver! I keep the packs in the refrigerator, they instantly cool & de-puff my eye area. I leave them on for at least 6 hours. These MyM eye patches beat all the others out there on the market. They are much larger & cover more space on the under eyes! Highly recommend!
