I love these, they're wonderful. My eyes feel so refreshed and hydrated after I use them, especially after refrigerating them. I natural have puffy eyes and occasionally dark circles. These have helped me sooooo much. I know the product has a disclaimer states a whole box may need to be used to see results, but I noticed a difference in the puffiness in about two uses. My puffiness really improved after about two weeks. I was using them every other day. A very nice product indeed.
