1.Returns and exchanges

  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.

Please follow the steps as below:

Step one

  • Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice.

Step two

    • Attach the return label provided on the invoice on the outside of the return package.

Step Three

      • If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

Step Four

      • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured Parcel Post).
      • We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Additional information can be found in the section - Damaged Items.
      • Since all of the orders with Free Shipping, once you want to return the package, please choose the Shipping Method with USPS.

Step Five

      • If the items received are damaged, please refer to‘Damaged Items’ below.Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping(USPS). Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the Unite States. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
      • We are not responisble for the quality of free gift or samples.
      • Please note: Only products purchased on VIIcode Online may be returned for refund or exchange. The quantity of the rest has to be more than 3 pads eye mask per box.

2.Damaged items

      • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at SERVICE@VIICODE.COM.
      • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

3.Satisfaction guarantee

        • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your VII Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.


      • At this time, we can accept only orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO, P.O.Boxes, and U.S. Territories). Priority Shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Your order will be be fulfilled within 48 hours, exclude federal holidays and weekends. Click here to see more services.
